The Prime Compliance Suite from
Metavante Risk and Compliance Solutions is an integrated suite of
software products designed for use by the financial
services
industry. Many of the world's leading banks,
brokerage houses and insurance companies use Metavante's Prime Compliance Suite to meet the
compliance requirements of the Bank Secrecy
Act, the USA Patriot Act and the Office of
Foreign Asset Control.
The suite is currently comprised
of five software products:
Prime Compliance Suite
enables financial services institutions
to filter and review
their customers
and their customers' transactions
for sanctioned party violations dynamically.
It also facilitates
suspicious activity detection
and automatically files the necessary
regulatory reports with the appropriate regulatory
agencies (such as FinCEN).
Prime Compliance Suite
also enables a financial
services institution to comply with the
USA Patriot Act; it includes customer identity
verification and record keeping,
a review module that compares customer
records with known or suspected terrorist
lists, and risk-based modeling
of customers.
As a centralized
compliance hub, Prime Compliance Suite provides
dynamic, interactive links
to multiple systems
within the application architecture of
an organization, and it integrates seamlessly
with financial
applications
on disparate hardware and operating systems.
